Meeting the challenge of the revitalization movement in Minneapolis to recapture its historic Hennepin Avenue from what it had become through years of neglect and poor development projects, the LaSalle Development Group positioned a new full city block project that would encourage and re-engage this important city street with a new class of office tower and surrounding retail and entertainment development. 

The goals were to create a new energy and level of quality and built community that could once again fill this district with life, business, and excitement.  The solution reflects its community and built environment surrounding, while still providing a creative and progressive design and fully active environment.
